  • To start using Dispill®, what do I need to do?

    Request Dispill® at your preferred pharmacy, or simply complete the form located in the “Contact Us” section.

  • Can Dispill print more than 7 days on a weekly pack (28 cell)?

    Yes, thanks to our compress feature we can use the weekly pack (28 cells) to print for 28 days (taking medication once daily) or 14 days (taking medication twice daily).

  • Can Dispill® be used for more than 8 days using the 32-cell blister pack?

    Yes, if the patient takes medications for one intake time only, one Dispill® blister pack can be used for up to 32 days. If the patient takes medications for two intake times only, one Dispill® blister pack can be used for up to 16 days.

  • What are the PRN labels (white labels) used for?

    The white labels are used for PRN medications (“take as needed” medications) as well as for standard medications in compress mode. The compress mode is explained in the paragraphs above.

  • Can Dispill integrate with eMAR softwares?

    We currently integrate using 2D Barcodes (also known as QR codes) for these eMAR softwares.

    We are willing to work with any eMAR software that is looking to integrate Dispill packs using the 2D barcode for administration.

  • Is it possible to change the default morning, noon, evening, bedtime on the label to specific times?

    Yes, all the intake times on the blisters can be changed to specific times like: 8 AM, 12 PM, 5 PM, 9 PM and these times can be used in reports to match the label.

  • Does the Dispill software include reports for delivery or nursing home administration (MAR\MOR)?

    Yes, Dispill has a selection of reports for forecasting, delivery checklist, controlled drug report and many for facilities like the MAR, RX List, MOR, Physician order sheet etc..

  • Can the Dispill label include the Patient’s Picture?

    Yes, Patient pictures can be added to labels and most reports

  • Can location and room number be added to the label?

    Yes, Dispill can print the location and room number on the label header
